Yes, we offer free shipping on items labelled with a "FREE shipping" label. There is no minimum spend required, and no coupon is needed.

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. If it was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
Regular priced items are eligible for a refund, but unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular priced items may be considered for a refund as per our return policy.
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you'll need to return the original item following our return policy and then place a new order for the desired item.
