This Kirkland Signature Hard Anodised Cookware Set is made from heavy-gauge aluminium that provides excellent heat conduction and uniform cooking with no hot spots. It has a durable surface that is scratch-resistant, nonporous, nonreactive and two times harder than stainless steel. Eclipse™ HB (High-Build) triple layer, PFOA free nonstick coating provides excellent food release, enhanced durability and easy cleaning. By combining the exceptional heat conductivity of heavy-gauge aluminium along with the advanced Eclipse™ HB nonstick coating, this cookware set is durable, beautiful and easy to maintain.
